At your first appointment in our office, the doctor will perform a thorough exam, consisting of some or all of the following:
 - Full series of x-rays
 - Oral exam
 - Periodontal charting (gum measurements)
 - Oral cancer screening
 - Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) exam

Depending on your past dental treatment, we may schedule a dental cleaning appointment for the same day of your initial appointment with the doctor.

Please call our office and we will send you a health history form to take with you to your first appointment.  In addition, please bring a list of a any medication and dosages you are taking.

If you need help with directions please give us a call or visit our map.  We have a small parking area in the front of the building, with a handicap accessible entrance.  More parking is available behind the building with a convenient rear building entry.
